Today I'm going to be doing a review on the Audemars Piguet Openworked. Alright, so there's several things I wanna mention about this watch and the first thing I wanna say is that, originally the first generation of this model was the 39 millimeter Openworked Skeleton, whatever you guys wanna call it. And, look, I loved that watch, but ever since I used to see, it was kinda of like, Eeeehhh, you know? Kind of that thirty nine millimeter that kinda felt like it fell kinda of short and that's something that just kinda bothered me. And then, all of the sudden, Bam!...the 41mm Royal Oak Double Balanced and I said, Go the watch store replicad damn, now we're talking! That totally changed it for me. Immediately I completely just eliminated the 39 millimeter Openworked from my mind; just, you're dead to me! That's kinda of how I felt about it. This watch right now, the way it looks, stunning! It's out of control. It's called the Double Balanced because, if you don't notice, it has a double escapement wheels, pretty much. A lot of people asking like, Yeah, I'm calling about the tourbillon you have for sale for $80,000. Impossible! There is not AP tourbillon in that price range, especially unworn or a new model. This is kinda like a bad-ass watch without having to go into the charted waters of tourbillon prices.
It's more of just a novelty thing, you know? It's got the helium escape valve on the side of the case. Those types of things, so this is really one of the most tool watches that Rolex has. It really it's got a lot of signs of engineering behind it. But overall, besides all of that, the only difference with this model being the Deep-blue Sea model, Deepsea Blue model. Whatever we're going to call it again....is just the dial. That's the only difference. It's got this really nice...because I like it...really nice, interesting looking dial that fades from blue to black...obviously signifying the whole ocean depth thing. But one major change that it has is that Deepsea...the word Deepsea was changed from the 12 o'clock position to the 6 o'clock. fake watches in guangzhou And, I know it skeleton replica watches might sound kind of stupid and childish, but the one thing that really I like about this watch is that neon green, yellow color that they chose for the word Deepsea.
For me, that's that one thing that just kind of pops and grabs my attention, you know? I like that about the watch. It instantly grabs my eye and that was also the same color as the Submariner that James Cameron used during his Deep sea dive. So, it's a 44mm case and one thing that I want to tell you that, for example, the Yacht-Master II is a 44mm case, but it wears very comfortable. The difference is the Deepsea is very tall. When you look at it on the side of your wrist, it sits very tall, so that's something you might want to consider. If you have a large wrist, 8 inches and above, it's going to suit you better, because of the way that the bracelet is going to sit on your wrist, it's going to kind of help that look of it being too tall. When you gotta small wrist, it's going to look really tall, you know? But, overall it's still a Rolex. Very dependable. It's got pretty much basically a Submariner movement inside, but this is a watch that has also demanded...it's got a cult following. I'm on the fence. Let's keep in mind that a standard Deepsea Seadweller sells for an average of around $7,500 to $8,000 pre-owned. It's gone down a little bit, the demand and stuff. The price is really what would allow me as a salesman to be able to sell these types of watches. But the difference is that the Deep-blue Sea it's going to cost you pre-owned $11,500. Now, that's a lot of money. Not a lot of money, but a big, big difference for just the dial, so you kind of want to look at it really good and see if you really want to pay that much for the dial. I don't have a crystal ball, if not I would play the Lotto and gamble in the stock market heavily, but it might go up in value, but for right now, we don't know. I guess my rolex exact replica watches biggest fear is that the Deepsea James Cameron is gonna one day maybe just be worth a couple grand more than the regular one. We don't know. For the most part, I do know that it's limited production type watch that's no longer being produced from what I've heard. You will get some extra points from me for stretching the extra dollars and getting the Deep Blue Sea. And I think it's a fantastic watch if you're a real collector and you want something different. The chances of having a Rolex Deepsea Blue on and another person walking up with one, it's very unlikely. So, it's a really nice watch to wear daily and it's something special.
